The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Once the return request is approved, pickup will be arranged within 2–4 working days.

We provide courier delivery to serviceable locations across India.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order:
Within Tamil Nadu: ₹55 per kg
Outside Tamil Nadu: ₹110 per kg
We currently do not offer free shipping. Applicable courier charges will be charged on regular, discounted, and bulk orders.

Transport or bus delivery may be arranged for urgent or bulk orders, subject to availability.
Applicable transportation charges must be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for collecting the parcel from the designated transport station or pickup point.
