Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. To request a return, contact our support team with your order ID and clear photos of the product.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Pickup
Once the return request is approved, pickup will be arranged within 2–4 working days.
Refund Process
After the product is picked up and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
