Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order processing and dispatch may take additional time during high-order periods, holidays, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery will be handled by the selected courier or transportation partner.

Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, serviceability, weather conditions, strikes, transportation disruptions, and other operational factors.

The delivery period provided at checkout or by our team is an estimated delivery period and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Proof of Delivery

If proof of delivery is required, The Baker’s Nest will contact the respective courier or delivery partner and request the necessary information.

The time required to receive proof of delivery may depend on the courier company’s internal procedures and response time.

Return to Origin (RTO) & Redelivery

An order may be returned to The Baker’s Nest if:

The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
The customer is unavailable to receive the parcel
Multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful
The customer refuses to accept the parcel
The courier is unable to complete delivery for reasons related to the recipient

If an order is returned to us for any of the above reasons, additional courier charges for redelivery must be paid by the customer.

Redelivery will be arranged only after the returned parcel reaches our store and the applicable charges have been paid.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number when placing an order.

If delivery fails because of incorrect customer information, an incomplete address, or recipient unavailability:

The parcel may be held at the courier office or returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
Any applicable redelivery charges must be paid by the customer.
Redelivery will be arranged after the parcel is returned to us and the applicable charges are paid.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must report any missing, damaged, or incorrect shipment within 8 hours of delivery.

For any damage, missing-product, or incorrect-product claim, a clear and continuous unboxing video is compulsory.

The unboxing video must:

Begin before opening the parcel
Clearly show the sealed outer package
Clearly show the shipping label
Show the complete unboxing process
Clearly show any damaged, missing, or incorrect product

Claims submitted without valid evidence or a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

After receiving the required evidence, we will raise the matter with the courier partner for investigation. The investigation may take up to 7 working days, depending on the courier company’s process.

Courier Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Strikes or transportation disruptions
Courier operational issues
Remote or difficult-to-service locations
Public holidays
Unexpected events beyond our control

Such delays may extend the estimated delivery period.

We will provide available updates whenever relevant information is received from the courier partner.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate shipping and contact information
Being available to receive the order
Checking the parcel at the time of delivery where possible
Recording a continuous unboxing video for damage, missing, or incorrect-product claims
Reporting delivery issues within the specified time period

The Baker’s Nest will not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information or circumstances caused by the recipient.
